All residents wishing to do renovations to their unit are required to fill out one of the below application forms for submission to the Board of Trustees for approval. No contractors will be allowed on site until such time as this form is approved.
Please note that in the case of major renovations being carried out, all contractors are required to provide proof of Contractor All Risk Cover as outlined in the form below. This should be submitted along with the application form to the Building Manager.
